Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light scratches externally (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the door.

Security

• 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 56mm thick triple glazed, frosted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is Purple and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Grey.
