The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

High quality Aluminium Box Sash Window, made by Smart.
‘Smart’ over the last 40 years has become the UKs leading supplier for aluminium glazing systems. They have built a reputation for the quality of their products, innovation and design. All their products are manufactured in the UK, where they hold the most modern and efficient manufacturing plant.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Odd faint/light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Set one – broken vent.
- Set two – missing vent and one drain cap cover.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- No keys for either window but can be locked by the clasp.
Opening
- Operates via springs.
- Both windows slide up and down and tilt outwards.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing, and externally & internally stuck on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
