'Smart' Aluminium Grey Box Sash Window
PLEASE NOTE: We have TWO of these windows available, identical in size, colour, and design – the listed price is for ONE unit only.
Brand New Aluminium Box Sash Window in Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost £941.26 if you were to order bespoke direct (see photos for invoice).
Condition
- Brand new, never installed. Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Set 3 has one section of Georgian Bar missing – replacements can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- No keys for either window, however they can be locked shut by turning the clasp latches from the inside. New latches complete with keys can be purchased online at a low expense.
Opening
- Operates via springs.
- Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt outwards (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars fitted both externally and internally (inside the glazing), giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
