Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Residue mastic mark on the sill from previous installation this can be removed.
• Light scratch on the internal frame will be hardly noticeable once installed and could be touched up.

Security

• 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 Yale keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside. The other pane is fixed and does not move.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Cement Grey Ral7033, with a matching frame either side.
• Has Silver coloured furniture.
