The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors in Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) with Laminated glass which is a very expensive extra (would have cost around £2,000 per glass pane alone), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Not sure on the exact age of these, but they are modern doors and have not had a great deal of use.
Would cost around £12,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Some marks around the edges of the frame from being previously installed, which would also be hidden with trim when the doors are installed again.
Security
- 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system, making it very secure.
- Can only be locked from the inside which offers better security. You maybe able to drill though and fit an external lock if you required.
- Comes with a new half barrel and three keys.
Opening
- Main traffic door is on the Left – this door and the central door both stack to the Right (see photos for diagram).
- There are no external handles bar a small finger pull – this is to make the doors more aesthetically pleasing and secure.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handle is Silver.

All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
