The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £7,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Not sure on the age of these doors, but they are modern and don’t look like they have had a great deal of use.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent condition both sides, but do have some cosmetic defects:
- Light scratches in 2 places please see photo these could be easily touched up.
- The are 2 dents on this item one on the step plate and the other is on the bottom of the middle door shown in last photos. We have tried to remove the dent on the door in the corner so this should not cause a problem and would mostly sit in the frame so would not be seen.
- Some of the wedge gasket is short so you may look to replace this around the window glass we have provided some but this is for one whole pane as it came without the wedge gasket.
Missing Parts
- 2 Inter Connectors missing so the doors catch on each other when they slide, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The main traffic door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.
- Once opened all three doors stack to the left, the far left door is fixed and does not move.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Moss Grey Ral 7003, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
