Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.

Not sure on the age of these doors, but they are modern and don’t look like they have had a great deal of use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent condition both sides, but do have some cosmetic defects:
• Light scratches in 2 places please see photo these could be easily touched up.
• The are 2 dents on this item one on the step plate and the other is on the bottom of the middle door shown in last photos. We have tried to remove the dent on the door in the corner so this should not cause a problem and would mostly sit in the frame so would not be seen.
• Some of the wedge gasket is short so you may look to replace this around the window glass we have provided some but this is for one whole pane as it came without the wedge gasket.

Missing Parts

2 Inter Connectors missing so the doors catch on each other when they slide, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The main traffic door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.
• Once opened all three doors stack to the left, the far left door is fixed and does not move.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Moss Grey Ral 7003, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
