Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are a few marks on the glazing (see photos), which are purely cosmetic and do not effect the integrity of the glass in any way. We can replace the glazing for an additional cost – please contact us for a quote.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- The doors open in twos from the right when viewing from the outside, there is no main traffic door.
- When fully open, both doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Black.
