Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.

The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes from previous door covers both internally and externally around the bottom panels – these can be filled.
• Light marks in places some of these can be touched up or removed. Please see last photos all defects are cosmetic and do not effect the operation of the door.
• Missing screws to re-hang the doors.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with two new barrels and 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold.
