Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The finish has started to bubble (see photos), however this does not effect the function of the door and can be sorted easily.
• Light chipping in top corner (see photos), this does not effect the function of the door.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• Varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
