Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• 4 Screw holes on the internal top part of the door.
• Light marks in places these can be touched up.
• One small chip on the top of the door this does not effect the operation style of the door.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• 3 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 45.7cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 91.4cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak).
• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
