Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Bottom section of the frame is missing (see photos), however this can be made by a competent carpenter.
• Light scratches on the door handle (see photos) however this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation in any way.
• Screw holes on the front and back of the door but they can easily be filled. (see photos).

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, frosted.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, showing the natural wood grain throughout, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles & hinges is Silver.
