1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Solid Oak Front Door.

Comes with its original Solid Brass furniture, including a lovely decorative antique door-knocker.

Also comes with a fully operational built-in doorbell, along with a porthole-style letterbox.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Crack in the window pane, but we can order a new clear pane of glass for free (other glass types there maybe a small charge), will need to be installed by your carpenter.
• Some chips in places- see photos.
• No frame or keys for the locks.

Security

• 2 separate locking systems by ‘Chubb’ and ‘Yale’, making it very secure.
• Top and bottom shoot bolts internally.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, with a ripple effect.

Colour

• Externally and internally varnished, so the original Solid Oak woodgrain still shows.
• The colour of the furniture is Solid Brass.
