Solidor Composite Brown (Rosewood) Front Door
Cottage style Composite Back Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Solidor’.
High quality UPVC frame for the door is bespoke made by ‘Kommerling’.
Produced on the 01/11/2021 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging and some of the film, as shipped by the supplier.
- Comes with sill end caps and a spy hole separately.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Eurospec’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood grain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is wood grain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
