Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mismeasured, made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Slight paint chip spots both internally and externally, however these are hardly noticeable and could easily be hidden with a touched up pen.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally stuck on giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Silver Grey (RAL 7001), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Chrome.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
