• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 210.9cm.
• The glazing for the top light is missing, the measurements are: Height 49cm – Width 65.8cm – 28mm thick double glazed. (checked LH)
• We can order new glazing for an additional £60 inc VAT. Glass will be clear, toughened with a matching spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency, and will pass building regulations. We can also order frosted, tinted, or distorted glass for an extra cost – please contact us for a quote.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
