Brand New Composite Front Door in Anthracite Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Solidor’.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 210.9cm.
- The glazing for the top light is missing, the measurements are: Height 49cm – Width 65.8cm – 28mm thick double glazed. (checked LH)
- We can order new glazing for an additional £60 inc VAT. Glass will be clear, toughened with a matching spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency, and will pass building regulations. We can also order frosted, tinted, or distorted glass for an extra cost – please contact us for a quote.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
