Composite Front Door bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Solidor’.
Would cost around £1,800 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- 1 small mark on the bottom external side of the frame which could be touched up, or covered by trim when installed.
- There is a small split on the bottom edge of the door (see photos) which a competent fitter should be able to rectify.
Security
- 3 point ‘Avantis’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded bars stuck externally on the glazing, along with a stained 3D diamond design, which is also external.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
