Spectus Upvc White French Doors
UPVC/PVCU French Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Spectus’.
Would cost over £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Spectus products are installed in millions of homes and are trusted by homeowners, builders and architects. Spectus thrived because of the quality of their manufacturing and the strength of their design.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Light marks on handles and a small chip on one of the sidelight frame externally, however these are hardly noticeable and could easily be hidden with a light touch up – see last photos.
- Faint marks on a sidelight glazing pane, but these are not exactly noticeable. You could replace the glass at a cost but we cannot match the slight tint.
- Paint flaking in spots on the hinge covers, nothing a paint touch up wouldn’t cover.
- Missing sill end caps, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 58.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 121cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 179.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
