- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- The blue panel on the bottom is just protective film and when peeled off the panel is white.

Security
- High quality 8 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
