Defects:

Some damage to near the top window pane. It looks like the wood joint has pushed out from the door, so will need to be repaired. The wood has also split down the side here- see last photos for defects.
One pane of glazing is loose (see photos) – the beading is included with the door, and the glazing could be easily refitted by a competent installer. The wood around this area may require some filling.
