High quality Aluminium patio/ sliding doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Sunflex’.

These are Sunflex SVG20 and offer some of the thinnest sightlines on the market.

The doors alone cost nearly £10,000 (see invoice) and this is without glazing. The glazing on top would have been in excess of £6,000. 

These were also produced at the start of 2022 before all the high price increases within the industry, so if you were to order these today direct, they would cost around £20,000.

Please note- These are corner bifolds and therefore have two different widths – the longest width (3 doors) is 517.3cm and the other is 385.0cm (2 doors) – please see the photos for clarification.

Condition

These were part installed and removed 6 weeks later when the remakes were made (fitted and removed by professional installers). So as you would imagine are as new and didn’t actually have any physical use.

May have the odd very light storage mark, but overall they are still brand new doors.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Stone Grey RAL 7030, with a matching frame either side.

Operating / Style

Doors slide from the centre corner one to the left and 2 to the right – see photo 7.
Can only be locked from the inside (this offers a more flush look externally); you maybe able to drill though and fit an external lock if you required one.

Security

5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure. This includes a hidden metal shoot bolt rods providing excellent security.
Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

Glazing is 36mm thick Laminated Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

Laminated = High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise.

Glass has been put into all missing panes.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
