Sunflex Aluminium White Bi-Folding Doors
2023 Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by Sunflex. Model: SF55i.
Originally cost £3,661.00 including VAT- see invoice. This did not include glazing, we can order the glazing in for £595.00 total including VAT. This would be of the highest quality: 28mm Argon gas, Low E, Toughened.
Condition
- As new and was only part installed and then removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/ as new condition both sides.
Security
- High quality Mult-point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right (the photo on the invoice is of the doors from the inside).
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £400 total inc VAT for all 4 panes. Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less and
glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 49.4 cm, Height: 185 cm x4 panes (Checked LH)
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Light Ivory (RAL 1015) and internally is matt White (RAL 9016), with a matching frame either side.
- Has a matching Light Ivory coloured handle externally and White furniture internally.
