Not sure on the exact age of these doors, but they have had little use and look nearly as new.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
Defects
- Hinge slightly cracked but doors operate fine when installed, could be repaired or a large washer fitted- see photos. Sure you could purchase a new hinge. See two photos of the hinge on and off the doors.
- Small cosmetic chip on the trim.
- Foam gasket slightly ripped- see last photos for all defects.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Internally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is on the left and opens inwards.
- When fully open all doors stack internally to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support/operation.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
