Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Fixed Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Velfac’.

Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order new direct.

This window can be fitted either way; vertically or horizontally.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made to slightly the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Small scratches on the external side (see photos), however, these could be touched up easily or be covered by trim when installed.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, clear, metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is Anthracite Grey(RAL 7016) and internally has been varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
