The sill for this door is hardwood, with the doors and frame being hardwood or pine.

The door thickness is 5.6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made to slightly the wrong specifications and is now surplus to requirements.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There is a cosmetic mark at the top of the frame (see photos), which could be covered by trim when installed.
• Small dent on the external side (see photos). This could be repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Missing the handles (see photos), however, these are available to purchase online and easy to fit.

Security

• 5 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• We can order replacement clear glazing for an additional £345 including VAT. This would be delivered along with the doors, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
• The colour of the hinges is White.
