High quality UPVC/PVCU Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by The Residence Collection R9.
Residence 9 is proud to be designed and made in the UK. It was created with the enduring designs of British architecture in mind and has many bespoke options that can satisfy a range of homes, from the grandeur of stately homes to the solid good looks of Georgian and Victorian properties, right through to present-day abodes. You’ll immediately notice the benefits of the thermally efficient 9 chamber design and modern glazing, whilst retaining the character of your home, thanks to it being traditionally transformed by Residence 9.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Missing one Georgian bar (White) internally on Set 72, however you can order it online at a low expense.
- The rubber on the frame of opening window is depressed slightly in 2 spots – See last photo.
- Missing handles.
Security
- High quality 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handles online at low expense, which would come with keys.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glass panes, and externally & internally stuck on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side. The colour of the hinges is Silver.
Ideal if you’re after a high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
