Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• There are no handles with this item, however these can be purchased online for a small expense.

Security

• High quality 4 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this item as they are provided along with new handles.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars both externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Cream (RAL 1015) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges is Black.
