uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.

It was created with the enduring designs of British architecture in mind and has many bespoke options that can satisfy a range of homes, from the grandeur of stately homes to the solid good looks of Georgian and Victorian properties, right through to present-day abodes. You’ll immediately notice the benefits of the thermally efficient chamber design and modern glazing, whilst retaining the character of your home, thanks to it being traditionally transformed by Residence.

Condition
- Part installed, made to slightly the wrong specifications and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Light marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation – however, these would be hidden with trim when the window is installed again.
MISSING PARTS
- Handles and Sill End Caps are missing, however these can both be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 4 point ‘Elite’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars inside the panes as well as stuck externally on the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Grey and internally is White.
