• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Light scratches externally (see photos), this is only cosmetic.

Security

• 6 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as it is keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.
• This window pivots in the centre from both the top and bottom (see photos).

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
