Timber Grey Front Door
1930s Original reclaimed/antique Wooden Timber Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard. The door thickness is 4.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Defects
- A few chips on the exterior part of the frame
- Some of the frame has been cut down on the sides
- The glass is slightly bowed but this can be re fixed.
- There is no bottom of the frame this was cut away during removal.
- Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- The door itself measures at about 90 cm W x 213.5cm H.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely square design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Olive Grey Ral 7002 and internally is White, with a white frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
