Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

The width in the table opposite is just the door width the side lights are an additional 81cm each. Total width is 253.5cm, but you would need to add approx another 25cm for the frame.
Wooden Timber Back Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Timber Windows’.
Installed for 6 months and removed due to extension, so is in as new condition.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct (when complete with frame).
The door thickness is 5.7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
-Few cosmetic light marks, but could easily be touched up.
-Two little holes where a door stay previously was fitted- see last photos for defects.
-Hinges missing.
Security
• 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
-There is no frame for this “Timber Windows” door. On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame. this is due to the lip around the edge of the door it’s self(see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand.
-We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.
Sidelight / Window
There are two sidelights of equal width.
Each sidelight is 81cm in width.
Glazing
• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Georgian bars internally, externally and internally inside the glazing giving that high quality appearance.
Colour
• The colour externally and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome.
-Has been professionally powder coated both sides which protects the paint.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
