Wooden Timber Front Door with toplight, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Timber Windows’.
Would cost around £4,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
These are some of the highest quality Timber doors on the market, designed not to twist and warp like cheaper doors can after just a couple of years.
The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard 4.4cm factory made doors.
Condition
- External door, but was installed in a showroom for 6 months so has not been open to the elements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Some light marks around the frame, but could easily be touched up- see last photos.
Security
- 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 188.1cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D rose design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is Matt Red and internally its been professionally varnished so it shows the original Timber. Has a matching frame either side.
- Professionally power coated externally giving no maintenance.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
