Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
The panel thickness is 5.9cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Part installed and removed the same day, due to being the wrong specification.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts / Defects
Defects:
There is some small light paint scratches to the interior side by the letter box.
Also some writing at the top of the door, but this may come off with some strong cleaner.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Missing parts:
There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Letter box missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Pebble Grey
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Operating / Style
Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
Glazing is 24mm thick Double Glazed, Frosted, toughened with Grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
