Timber Windows Casement&Fixed Window Sashes

Wooden Timber Casement/Fixed Window Sashes, made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order all of these together.
‘Timber Windows’ produce award winning doors & windows, designed with Multi layer engineered hardwood or timber sections, to resist warping and twisting. The paint application involves factory applied micro-porous coatings, using a three coat paint (or stain system if varnished). Enhanced thermally insulating glass, creating glazing units almost twice as effective as ordinary double glazing. Their door & window sets incorporate a host of technical innovations for absolute peace of mind guaranteed for decades.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There are no frame for these Sashes, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Handles for the Casement Window Sashes are missing, however you could order these online for £5 each, which would come with keys as well.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.

- Dimensions:- Width: 52.5 cm, Height: 106.3 cm, Depth: 6 cm.
- No frame, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

- 2x Identical Casement Window Sashes.
- Dimensions:- Width: 52.1 cm, Height: 106 cm, Depth: 6 cm.
- Could be made open either way externally based on the requirement.
- Missing Handles.
- No frame, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Had a small chip on the corner of a Window sash in this set, however it has already been glued back properly and made indistinguishable.

- Dimensions:- Width: 52.3 cm, Height: 97.6 cm, Depth: 6 cm.
- Could be made open either way externally based on the requirement.
- Missing Handles.
- Missing Locking Strip on one of the Window Sash in this set (see last photos), however this can be purchased online at a low expense.
- No frame, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security
- High quality ‘Kenrick’ locking system for the Casement Sashes, making them very secure.
- Handles for the Casement Window Sashes are missing, however you could order these online for £5 each, which would come with keys as well.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally on the glazing giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- Professionally powder coated in matt Green Chartwell and internally powder coated in Matt White.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
- Furniture are silver in colour.
