Wooden Timber Front Door, made by ‘Timber Windows’.
This is one of the highest quality doors on the market, designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper factory made doors can after just a couple of years.
The door thickness is 5.9cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Its also professionally power coated, so requires no maintenance.
Would cost around £3,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
There is no frame for this “Timber Windows” door. On occasions we have had customers purchasing and struggling to make up a suitable frame. This is due to the lip around the edge of the door itself (see photos), so please make sure you have a competent carpenter to hand.
We do have some of these doors complete with frames, so if you require photos of how they are manufactured please contact us.
Condition
- Part installed and removed the same day due to being slightly the wrong specification. As new condition.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Odd mark in places- see photos.
- Hinges, locking plates and escutcheon are missing.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally inside the panes, as well as externally & internally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is powder coated Grey.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
