• This item has no key, however, it can still be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online and are easy to install.
• Chip in the corner (see photos), which could be covered with trim on installation.
• Light cosmetic marks on the external side of the frame (see photos) – these could also be covered with trim on installation.

Security

• 4 point ‘Fab & Fix’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
