Liniar uPVC Blue (Navy) Back Door
uPVC Back Door with Sidelight, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- High quality 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 29.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 89.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing in the door panel is double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- There is no glazing for the sidelight but we can order it in at a cost of £75.00. The panel in the door could be replaced with glass at a cost of £195.00 inc VAT, this will take 5 working days to be delivered to us.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
- If you want to order the glass yourself, the units required are:

Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Blue (Navy) and internally is White, with a White frame externally and internally.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the hinges are White.
