uPVC Back Door in woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- A mark on the sill (see photos) which could be touched up using a Mahogany uPVC pen.
- Small mark on the handle, which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the door at all. New handles can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily, if desired.
Security
- 5 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
