• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Lower panel has bubbled in places and will need to be replaced see in photos.
• External and Internal top part of the frame is peeling in places this can be covered by trim, see in photos.
• Screw holes on the up internal door from previous blinds these can also be covered by trim, see in photos.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design on the external glazing this cant be removed so you will need to replace this glass we can order in a new pane £80 including VAT.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
