uPVC Back Door bespoke made to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Mastic on the edge of the frame, however, this will be hidden after installation.
- Small chip on the handle (see photo), however this is only cosmetic.
- Has a fully operational Cat Flap installed. If you do not wish to have a cat flap, a new panel could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 3 point ‘Fab & Fix’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is Brown (Mahogany) and internally is White, with a white colour frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
