• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• 4 screw holes on the top internal door these can be filled and touched up, see in photos.
• 1 hinge cap cover is missing however this can be bought online, see in photos.
• The bottom panel is White on the exterior side. However, a replacement cream panel can be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Cream.
