Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places.
- External window beading is slightly loose – this could be easily re-secured with silicone or adhesive.
- Paint peeling down one side of the external door which could be easily repainted.
- Residual mastic around the internal side of the frame which can be removed or covered by trim when the door is installed.
- Hinges are slightly discoloured please see in photos – new hinge covers can be purchased online for a low expense.
- Some marks on the handle which are purely cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the handle in any way – replacement handles can be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Carl F’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
