uPVC all glass back door, fully enforced with laminated glazing.
Produced on the 07/12/2021 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- As-new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- There are faint scratches on the internal side of the glazing – this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity of the glazing in any way.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened, laminated with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
