Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Rain sill is slightly loose (see photos) however, this could be re-secured by your fitter on installation.
• Missing 1 hinge cap (see photos), which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the hinge in any way. A new hinge cap could be purchased online and is easy to fit, or you could swap this with the topmost hinge cap to make it less visible.

Security

• 5 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
