Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a scratch on the external side (see last photo) which could be easily touched up.

Missing Parts

• • Handles, Hinge cap covers, Barrel, locking strip, and locking plates are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £90 total inc VAT, this will take 10 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
