• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts

Two of the hinge covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 7 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order clear glazing in at a cost of £90 total inc VAT, this will take 7-10 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
