Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Brand new White handles and barrel have been fitted.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 ‘Kenrick’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 213.3 cm.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of around £150 total inc VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
