Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• There are some light scuffs on the door. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all.
• In the top corner on the internal side there are a few screw holes, these can be filled.
• Vinyl is ruffled on the upper part of the external handle.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded rose pattern design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Mahogany) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
