uPVC Back Door in Woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,200 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Paint chips to three of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
Security
- 9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear and distorted, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
