• There are screw holes in the top corners of the door and side light (see photos) which could easily be filled and touched up.
• The threshold has some light cosmetic marks which could be touched up with a uPVC pen if desired (see photos).
• The gasket on the threshold is slightly frayed (see photos) – new gasket can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 108.9cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 100cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White,
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
